You’re going to what!?

Hey! I’m Scott Flear, and as you can see above, I’m not a fan of skimming pages!

If you take away one idea from someone’s work, that idea could change your life.

You risk only 2 minutes of time.

While I’d love to promise reading this page will change your life, I can’t.

However, by the end of this page, you’ll know a bit more about me, why I’ve created this website, and decide whether I’m someone that can help you.

Welcome to my online home.

Home is where the heart is and while that is Wales (just check out our flag, it’s a bloody dragon 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿  )  my second home has always been online.

It’s been the forum where I learned about health, fitness, and building websites (Big-up the misc section!).

It’s been on FB groups of online SEO courses such as SEO That Works with Brian Dean.

Even rugby subreddits and slack communities.

But more importantly than all, personal blogs:

  • Seth’s Blog

To name just a few.

Being part of these online communities took a young 16-year old boy from a coalmine village in West Wales to running two multi-million pound companies.

I’m the CEO of Rugby Warfare – a rugby clothing brand that has served over 100,000 people.

I’m the co-founder and CMO of Live Like Louise, a health and fitness company that’s helped over 50,000 women.

But those aren’t the most important things to me.

The people I’ve met and the skills I’ve developed are far more important.

The skills and knowledge I’ve gained building businesses have opened countless doors.

One example is when I moved to San Francisco, I created a touch rugby tournament between Facebook, Google, Apple & Tesla!

All employees who took part are pictured above.

I was meeting the most talented people in the world while having fun playing rugby.

I managed to combine my love for rugby, business, and Silicon Valley (mainly Apple & Steve Jobs). Which I think is cool as f***.

*Tesla won if you wanted to know!

You can watch a preview of the tournament below and the full video of how it unfolded here.

New Zealand All Blacks players have messaged me wanting some items from my brand. Crazy!

Pictured below meeting Ofa who plays for the All Blacks. The full episode features the meeting here

I’m in business with a UK TV star. (that people always ask me “how the F did that happen” back home)

We’ve transformed thousands of lives through health and fitness. The pinnacle of year one was our event.  You can watch the event video here.

The blog “”, is owned by the world’s number one expert in health and fitness, Lyle Mcdonald.

I chat with Lyle each month and will be working with him on his website. (18-year-old Scott would have been mindblown by this).

These micro windows of opportunity don’t come unless you make connections across the world.

That’s why learning from online communities is vital.

Solopreneur not Entrepreneur

Entrepreneur definition: “a person who sets up a business or businesses, taking on financial risks in the hope of profit.”

Solopreneur definition: “a person who sets up and runs a business on their own.”

Entrepreneurs are comfortable spending their time networking, and looking at the bigger picture, solopreneurs are content with simply doing the work.

While we do have employees at one of the companies, I realised I’m a solopreneur.

I can’t not do the work.

What I’ve learned about over the years….

👉 Facebook ads
👉 Email marketing
👉 Content writing
👉 Copywriting
👉 Product development
👉 Warehouse management
👉 Importing/exporting
👉 Funnel building
👉 Business strategy

and more.

I live by the 80/20 rule. 20% of the above strategies generate 80% of the results. I’ve found the 20 for the 80 and built a system that works.

A system built by being a solopreneur.

To quote Napoleon:

“Nothing is so important in war as an undivided command. There should be one army, acting upon one base and conducted by one chief

Business isn’t exactly war but I believe that you must become hands-on, with skin in the game in your business. You must understand each component.

You must love the process of building and creating.

In time, you can hire, you can scale. Don’t skip to “being” an entrepreneur. First, you must love being a solopreneur; that’s where you develop soul in the game.

Don’t just fly in the clouds as an entrepreneur, focused only on profit.

I’m sharing what I’ve learned from the trenches being a solopreneur for over 10 years.

I’m an omnivorous reader of books, addicted to learning but hooked on action.

I’ll be sharing my wins, my playbooks, my losses, and everything in-between.

I hope that this website can be an influence on your life.

It won’t take you from A to Z, but it doesn’t have to.

A to B is enough.
